IGF2BP3/IMP3抗体 Anti-IGF2BP3/IMP3抗体说明书Theproteinencodedbythisgeneisprimarilyfoundinthenucleolus,whereitcanbindtothe5'UTRoftheinsulin-likegrowthfactorIIleader3mRNAandmayrepresstranslationofinsulin-likegrowthfactorIIduringlatedevelopment.TheencodedproteincontainsseveralKHdomains,whichareimportantinRNAbindingandareknowntobeinvolvedinRNAsynthesisandmetabolism.Apseudogeneexistsonchromosome7,andthereareputativepseudogenesonotherchromosomes.[providedbyRefSeq,Jul2008].Function:RNA-bindingproteinthatactasaregulatorofmRNAtranslationandstability.Bindstothe5'-UTRoftheinsulin-likegrowthfactor2（IGF2）mRNAs.Bindstosequencesinthe3'-UTRofCD44mRNA.

Subunit:Homodimerandmultimer（Bysimilarity）.InteractswithIGF2BP1.

SubcellularLocation:Nucleus.Cytoplasm.Note=Foundinlamellipodiaoftheleadingedge,intheperinuclearregion,andbeneaththeplasmamembrane.Thesubcytoplasmiclocalizationiscellspecificandregulatedbycellcontactandgrowth.Localizedattheconnectingpieceandthetailofthespermatozoa.ColocalizedwithCD44mRNAinRNPgranules.TissueSpecificity:Expressedinfetalliver,fetallung,fetalkidney,fetalthymus,fetalplacenta,fetalfolliclesofovaryandgonocytesoftestis,growingoocytes,spermatogoniaandsemen（atproteinlevel）.Expressedincervixadenocarcinoma,intesticular,pancreaticandrenal-cellcarcinomas（atproteinlevel）.Expressedubiquitouslyduringfetaldevelopmentat8and14weeksofgestation.Expressedinovary,testis,brain,placenta,pancreaticcancertissuesandpancreaticcancercelllines.
