液晶电视的可靠性试验研究
摘要:本文以液晶电视产品为研究对象，在对市场同类产品失效分析的基础上对公司开发的产品进行可靠性试验方法的研究，旨在获得产品可靠性指标的同时，建立一套系统的，合理的适合公司开发的液晶电视产品的加速寿命试验方案，从而更好地对所开发的产品进行质量控制。介绍了可靠性研究的发展历史和国内外可靠性发展现状，可靠性研究的主要内容以及家用电器可靠性的发展。利用工业工程方法，通过对市场上液晶电视产品的失效情况的统计分析，结合公司产品的可靠性现状，建立液晶电视可靠性故障树，为其可靠性试验设计提供依据。
为了验证所设计的加速试验方案的可行性和合理性，试验分两组同时展开。

一组是在正常应力下进行的寿命试验，另一组是在加速应力下进行的寿命试验，前者是为验证后者而进行的试验。正常应力试验和加速寿命试验除了试验应力不同之外，其余完全一样：样品从同一批次产品中抽取，试验步骤和失效判据等都相同，因而，理论上每组试验样品的寿命分布类型相同。
加速寿命试验采用温度加速因子，同时利用定数截尾结束试验。采用阿伦尼斯加速统计模型，首先假设产品服从指数或威布尔寿命分布,然后根据试验数据对产品进行指数分布检验和威布尔分布检验。
试验数据分别采用点估计和区间估计的方法进行处理。通过对加速寿命试验数据的处理，外推其正常应力下的可靠性寿命值，然后再将其和正常应力下的试验数据进行比对，从而验证加速试验方案是否可行。

stresssituation.Theformeroneisperformedtoverifythelatterone.Thenormalstresstestisthesameastheacceleratedlife-timetestexceptthestresstest.Itistosaythesampleswillbetakenfromthesamebatchproducts.Andthetestprocedure&thecriterionoffailureisthesameaswell.So,theoreticallyspeaking,thelife-timedistributionpatternforeachsample首ldbesame.
