Feature include a large easy-to-read LCD, selectable °F /°C units, data hold, Min/Max readings, clock, countdown timer, and user-programmable alarms. The temperature alarms alert you to any out-of-parameter temperature. Sub-miniature connector accepts type K thermocouple probes; order separately.

The protective housing with rubber boot is IP 65 rated to handle demanding environments. Plus, the BioCote® antimicrobial surface protection eliminated concerns of cross-contamination. BioCote® is an anti-microbial agent that is impregnated into the case during molding. Effectively inhibits the growth of micro-organisms and is an accepted part of HACCP standards.
