Rapidly evaporate common organic solvents—ideal for pharmaceutical, environmental, HPLC, GCMS, and general research applications. Needle valve controls the flow of gas into the equalizer manifold, which provides equal gas flow and uniform evaporation to each well. Needle valves ensure control for fast concentration of multiple samples. Each needle is made from 15-gauge stainless steel with easy height adjustment to accommodate a variety of sample sizes.
Heated Evaporator/Concentrators securely hold from 8 to 24 sample vials, and can accommodate tubes from 12- to 16-mm dia. Units also available for handling EPA vials. LED display gives temperature readout with an accuracy of ±0.25%. Units include a heating block to ensure faster evaporation. Manifold gas heating option ensures temperature of sample is maintained by heating the gas before introduction into sample. Units includeintegrated controlled heater, sample holder, and 1.5"L 15-gauge needles.
