2. at least 10 years working experiences in medical device industry, with more than 3 years sales experiences
3. Proactive, strong communication skill, and team work spirit
4. fluent in English or finance knowledges will be a plus

1. Distributors Management covering both clinic and industry strongly support the improvement of distributors’ performance and capability.
2. Organize and support all functions to implement the actions for the distributors in S&M, Service, Supply Chain, Quality and etc.
3. Launch the governance of regular review or visit with internal functions and distributors.
4. Explore new business model to adopt the market environment
5. Responsible as Commercial Performance(CP) role for CRM/CVM project
