一、高温恒温箱
保持75℃±5℃，保持通过组件Isc电流1h
二、直流恒流源
提供Isc的1.25倍电流
三、热电偶
能够精确测量二极管壳温
四、数据采集及处理
1. 通过软件设置试验条件，自动数据采集，并计算二极管结温；
2. 利用万用表，考核二极管是否被击穿。
