康宁AFR微通道反应器关键专利被维持有效

康宁公司很荣幸地宣布,继国家知识产权局的裁定和北京知识产权法院的一审判决之后,我司持有的关键技术专利-“多流路微通道反应器设计”(专利号CN102202774B),最近由最高人民法院知识产权法庭的终审判决认定有效。康宁微通道反应器(AFR)技术受到该专利及康宁的其他一系列相关专利的保护,并且只能通过康宁提供的AFR技术来获得。康宁一向高度重视知识产权保护,这一判决进一步加强了康宁知识产权保护的决心。

凭借170多年的创新经验,康宁AFR是制药、精细化工、农化和新材料行业端到端连续流化工设备和服务的全球领导者。康宁AFR的产品和服务使用了本质更安全技术,并致力于实现化工生产从传统间歇釜到连续流过程的转换。

Corning Advanced-Flow Reactor Patent Declared Valid

Corning Incorporated is pleased announce that its Chinese patent for multi-path microchannel reactor design (CN102202774B) has recently been ruled valid by the final judgment of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court, following the CNIPA's decision and Beijing IP Court's 1st instance judgment. Corning Advanced-Flow? Reactor (AFR) technology is embodied in this patent and others in the company’s portfolio and are only available through Corning-supplied AFR technology. Corning has always attached great importance to the protection of its intellectual property rights, and this ruling further strengthens Corning’s IP protection.
