喜瓶者全自动洗瓶机清洗流程介绍

喜瓶者洗瓶机采用微电脑控制,内置35个内置程序与100个自定义程序,可自由编辑程序,满足各类实验室瓶皿清洗需求,可自由编辑清洗时间、清洗水温等等清洗参数,下面让我们详细了解下喜瓶者全自动器皿清洗机的清洗流程,了解洗瓶机是如何清洗干净瓶皿的。

洗瓶机清洗流程:

首先先将需要清洗瓶皿放入洗瓶机中,关闭洗瓶机的自动门后,即可选择清洗程序,下面我们拿通用程序进行介绍

1、第1步:预清洗:机器自动进入市政用水,开始喷淋清洗掉瓶皿内的固体残留物,清洗时间为2分钟,清洗完成后排除腔体内残留水

2、第二步:碱主洗:喜瓶者洗瓶机自动进入市政用水,开始喷淋并升温,当水温达到40度时,洗瓶机自动进入专用碱性清洗剂,对瓶皿内剩余未清洗干净的残留物进行软化剥离作用,清洗腔体内不断循环喷淋并升温至75摄氏度时,清洗3分钟,清洗结束后排出腔体内残留水。

3、第三步:酸中和:喜瓶者洗瓶机自动进入市政用水和酸性清洗剂,酸性清洗剂与碱性清洗剂配套,用于与上一步碱主洗进行酸中和,使ph值趋于中性,喷淋清洗2分钟后,清洗结束后排出腔体内残留水。

4、第四步:第一遍漂洗:喜瓶者洗瓶机自动进入纯化水,进行第一遍漂洗流程,持续清洗2分钟,清洗完成后排出残留水

5、第五步:最终漂洗:喜瓶者洗瓶机自动进入纯化水,并逐渐升温,升温至75摄氏度后,清洗3分钟,完成清洗后,排出残留水

6、第六步:清洗完成后,门自动开启至30度左右,用于排出腔体内剩余热气,持续1分钟,1分钟后,门自动关闭后在打开,并发出蜂鸣声提示清洗结束

以上为喜瓶者洗瓶机通用程序的清洗流程,全程50分钟完成清洗,清洗完成后可自由选择是否需要进行烘干,烘干时间5-200分钟可选,一般在20分钟即可完成瓶皿的烘干。约为1小时完成瓶皿的清洗与烘干。
