ESA网络讲座:电雾式检测器与UHPLC联用
电雾式检测正在迅速成为主流技术,GX液相色谱法目前正经历一个新的时期的增长,刺激了UHPLC的引进 ,这两项技术现在走到了一起。
ESA公司的新型电雾式检测器Corona ultra与UHPLC联用技术讲座将于2009年4月16日举行,这个网络研讨会将针对UHPLC-CAD联用技术和应用方面的结合进行介绍。

Adjunct Associate Professor of Pharmacology, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy
Ian Acworth studied biochemistry at Oxford where he obtained his D.Phil. in 1986. As a post doctoral fellow at The Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he specialized in the development of highly sensitive analytical methods for the measurement of neurotransmitters and metabolites, and introduced the technique of microdialysis perfusion to the department. These approaches enabled for the first time, the study of neurotransmitter communication within the living brain of freely moving animals.
Dr. Acworth joined ESA Biosciences, Inc in 1989 and is currently the Vice President HPLC Products and Services, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston. He has authored or co-authored over 50 chapters and articles.
John Waraska
Director of Strategic Marketing, ESA Biosciences, Inc., Life Sciences Tools Division
John Waraska received a BS in Biochemistry at the University of New Hampshire. Later he studied Physiology at the same institution in the PhD program.
After running a clinical diagnostic laboratory where he was one of the early adopters of HPLC, he joined a leading HPLC company as an Applications Chemist, later moving to a role in Marketing.
Mr. Waraska joined ESA Biosciences, Inc in 1991 as the Manager of Business Development and is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing, Life Science Tools.
